The Shopee platform has optimized the refund process for returns. Starting from June 28, 2021, store sellers in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines will begin using the new return & refund process.

Under the new return refund process, sellers won't have to process return refund requests by themselves, instead, Shopee will evaluate all requests. Shopee will connect with sellers through a seller center.
