First of all, free shipping is a way that needs take a very long time, around 20-45 days, even two months, and has no tracking number. That means we can not check the shipping information and when the parcel lost or delay, we have no any other way to check or change it. So we usually will tell our customers that if they use free shipping method, we not take responsibility if something not good happens.

So we suggest customers do not to choose the free shipping method when to buy our products. Although it is cheaper than any other shipping way, when the parcel lost or delay, both of two sides are not worth the candle.
